Synergy Homes Inc is a design build firm comprised of the husband and wife team of Andy and Maria Semerad, who bring a passion for excellence and quality to the home building process.  Starting with building five of our own homes from the ground up beginning in 2002, Synergy Homes was established in 2013 to continue our love of building custom homes in the Lincoln and surrounding areas.

We believe building your custom home should be a fun and stress-free experience and by only managing a small number of projects, we stay intimately involved with all the design/ build elements of each home.
